You can hire us by the hour, for full days, or under longer-term contracts. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for bodyguards and secure transport.
3. How do I book a service?
Contact us through our website form, WhatsApp, email, or by phone. We’ll request details like date, time, location, and type of service to prepare a tailored quote.
4. What’s the difference between a bodyguard and an escort service?
While often used interchangeably, generally:
Bodyguard: Close personal protection, on foot or on-site.
Escort service: Security during transfers, usually involving a vehicle.

5. Do you provide vehicles for secure transportation?
Yes. We offer sedans, SUVs, executive vehicles, and group transportation, all operated by trained security drivers. We can also assign bodyguards to accompany your own vehicle.
6. Are your security personnel armed?
Depending on your needs and legal requirements, we can provide armed (lethal or non-lethal) or unarmed agents.
Pricing and Payments
7. How are payments handled?
Depending on the type and duration of the service, payment terms may vary.
For short-term services (hourly, daily, or one-time requests), we require full payment in advance, at least 48 hours before the service date.
For long-term contracts or ongoing business relationships, we can prepare a customized payment plan to fit your company’s needs.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (may include processing fees), cash at our San Salvador office, or Western Union.
8. Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus any administrative or processing fees. For modifications, please contact us as soon as possible.
